A: Yes! Srollboard is designed for both beginners and experienced riders. Adults and children alike can enjoy riding it, and most users find it easy to learn with practice.

Q: Is Srollboard safe to ride?

A: Like any skateboard or board sport, Srollboard should only be used in safe, open riding areas away from vehicle traffic.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: Customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends and public holidays) after receiving their order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Please note: The 7-day cooling-off period is not a free trial period.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible. After receiving the returned item, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
